Privacy

We only collect what we need to handle your request.

Information we collect

When you contact or book Bomb Squad, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, mobile number, service address, dog and yard information, requested date, payment preference, and how you heard about us. Advertising links may also identify the campaign that brought you to the site.

How we use it

We use this information to answer you, prepare a quote, schedule and perform service, process payment, prevent fraud, and keep basic business records. We do not sell your personal information.

Booking and contact details are also sent through FormSubmit to our business email so we can respond to your request. FormSubmit processes these details to deliver notifications and retains submissions for up to 30 days.

Card security

Card payments are handled through Square invoices sent after the route and final price are confirmed. Bomb Squad does not receive or store full card numbers or security codes. Square processes card data under its own privacy and security terms.
