What does the 15% offer cover?
First-time customers save 15% on their first visit, including a maintained-yard visit or one-time deep cleanup. For 1 dog in a compact maintained yard, the first weekly visit is $17 (regularly $20). Haul-away, additional time, travel, and later visits are excluded. Calculate your first visit.
Do I have to pay for a yard reset?
No. A maintained recurring yard has no automatic reset fee. For 1 dog in a typical maintained yard, the first weekly visit is $18.70 with the first-time offer, then $22 per visit. If waste has accumulated, a deep cleanup starts at $100, or $85 with the offer, for that same yard. We assess the condition and get your approval before work.
Do I need to be home, and where does the waste go?
You can be away as long as the gate is unlocked, the yard is safely accessible, and animals are secured. We bag the waste into your outdoor garbage can unless you choose haul-away for $5 per visit. We re-latch the gate and text you when the cleanup is finished.
What happens when it snows?
We can clean only waste that is visible and safely accessible. Snow, ice, or unsafe access may mean rescheduling. We confirm weather changes with you; a pre-freeze cleanup helps keep old buildup from waiting until spring.
